We’ll perform a food safety inspection/audit making sure that you are in compliance with the most current food safety regulations required by your local regulatory authority and Health Department.This third party inspection/audit can help you prevent a foodborne illness outbreak, and protect your restaurants and managers and in the event of an outbreak that can lead to legal action as a result.
Busy schedules, staffing shortages and heavy workloads can often lead to deficiencies in areas of the business that go unnoticed and need improvement in order to be in compliance.That’s where we help you by pointing out where improvements need to be made, how to take the necessary steps for remediation and to prevent other potential no compliant activities and occurrences from happening.
Food safety inspection/audits include a full report of all violations, employee(s) responsible for the violation(s), and the area(s) where the violation occurred. All reports are confidential and include a signed confidentiality statement.
We recommend a regularly scheduled internal food safety inspection/audit identifying problems prior to a health department inspection.
We’ll recommend training courses and certifications for your managers and staff from our course offerings to aide in improving the skills required in order to consistently be in compliance and avoid food borne illnesses.
